How It Works
The micro-spray system works by converting an organic, EPA-registered disinfectant (Paerolyte) into tiny vapor particles, which diffuse naturally throughout an entire treatment area, killing bacteria and viruses and protecting livestock. The micro-spray system can be used during any stage of the growth cycle as part of a biosecurity program to mitigate and control the spread of pathogens.
Fixed Installation
The micro-spray system is easily installed in any size facility from hatcheries and nurseries to large finishing barns. The spray system will disinfect an average sized barn (240,000 cubic feet) in approximately 10 – 15 minutes (60,000 cubic feet per spray head). The system may be scaled up or down to accommodate any size barn or enclosed space. The total setup time is approximately 2-3 hours per barn, and the installation kit includes all required parts and step by step instructions.
Stand-Up System
The micro-spray system is available as a portable stand-up device for disinfecting the facility (e.g., storage rooms, offices, bathrooms, waiting rooms) as well as farm equipment (e.g., trucks, tractors, etc.). Simply move the stand-up unit to your desired location, plug it in, and complete the disinfecting process. The unit is shipped fully assembled and ready for immediate use.
