DUO On-Site Generator

The DUO On-Site Fluid Generator produces two (2) ready-to-use (RTU) products on-demand: 1) an all-purpose disinfectant / sanitizer (Paerolyte), and 2) an all-purpose multi-surface cleaner / degreaser (Paeroclean).

Paerolyte is an EPA-registered medical-grade disinfectant with an active ingredient of Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl). HOCL is 80x stronger than bleach, yet is completely safe and non-toxic. Paerolyte is certified organic by the USDA and is approved for veterinary use and livestock disinfection by the FDA and EPA. The DUO will produce up to 150 gallons per day of Paerolyte, which may be applied using our proprietary micro-spray system or as a general disinfectant using traditional application methods (e.g., power washers, mop buckets and spray bottles). The DUO produces Paerolyte at 500ppm of HOCL and 6.5 pH; however, the default settings are easily adjustable for changing the concentration level.

Paeroclean is an all-purpose, multi-surface cleaner and degreaser with an active ingredient of sodium hydroxide (NAOH). The DUO produces up to 50 gallons per day of Paeroclean as a by-product to the HOCl production. Paeroclean may be used to clean a livestock facility prior to disinfection using traditional application methods. The DUO produces Paeroclean at 800ppm of NAOH and 11 pH; however, the default settings are easily adjustable for changing the concentration level.

SPRING™ System

The SPRING™ On-Site Generator produces hypochlorous acid (HOCl) at a concentration level of 5000 ppm (HOCl 5000), which may be applied in a variety of use applications to eliminate bacteria, viruses, and fungi. HOCl 5000 may be used at full-strength or may be diluted for larger volume applications such as drinking water treatment and surface disinfection (truck wash).

Our HOCl products are organic and environmentally friendly, and will protect farm workers from chemical burns, toxic fumes and irritation, which result from handling traditional chemical-based disinfectants and cleaners.
